How you doin'

How's everybody doing?  I'm doing alright myself.  Working hard.  Enjoying the new forum layout.

Working life is tough.  I inherited some systems that were way behind in security updates, and performed some updates, only to find out two weeks later that it broke one of the most important parts of the site (God knows how it went two weeks before anyone noticed...).
Now I have work orders coming in daily, and people calling me and yelling at me because I haven't fixed it.  Except that I really don't know how.  And the maintenance company we pay to help us is also scratching their heads.  I have bruises from head desking.  But that aside, I do like my job - it's challenging and new and varied.

Graduated life is also weird.  Not having homework... it's just now settling in, though I still feel like I should be expecting a due date of some sort, which makes my days feel rather slanted and makes it hard to live in the moment... but I'm working on it.

Also, I'm singing the national anthem at the San Diego County Fair on Saturday.
